Brighton & Hove City Council is seeking support staff to supervise students in the absence of teachers. This role primarily involves ensuring students follow their lessons and assisting them with set activities, promoting a safe and orderly classroom environment.

The main purpose of the job is to supervise groups of students during the short-term absence of a teacher to ensure that pupils carry out a pre-prepared lesson, maintain good order, and stay on task. The role involves responding to questions and assisting pupils with set activities.
Paid weeks per year: 47.36 (including holiday entitlement)
