Supervise lessons across a range of subjects and year groups in a vibrant secondary school environment
Deliver preprepared lessons and ensure students remain engaged and focused
Manage behaviour in line with school policies promoting respect and a calm learning atmosphere
Support students with their learning encouraging participation and resilience
Provide feedback to teaching staff on student engagement and behaviour during cover lessons
Step up when needed from mentoring small groups to supporting with intervention and enrichment sessions

Experience in a school youth work tutoring or coaching environment is a bonus (but not essential)

Education
