Job summary

Mana Education is recruiting Cover Supervisors to work in a variety of welcoming secondary schools across Boston and the surrounding areas.

This role offers competitive daily pay (£110-£130), flexible day-to-day or long-term placements, and the opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience while fitting around your lifestyle.

You'll deliver pre-prepared materials, maintain a positive classroom environment, and support students without requiring planning or marking.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in UK schools or with secondary-aged pupils.
• Confident communication and classroom management skills.
• Calm, professional and reliable approach.
• Genuine interest in education and helping young people succeed.
• Own transport is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

Location: Boston, Kirton, Wyberton, Swineshead, Sibsey, Heckington, Coningsby, Sleaford, Spalding and surrounding areas.

Pay: £110 - £130 per day (depending on experience and placement)

Contract Types: Flexible Day-to-Day | Long-Term | Full-Time | Part-Time

The Role
