Job summary

Mana Education in Bourne and surrounding areas is recruiting Cover Supervisors to work in a variety of welcoming secondary schools. You will deliver pre-prepared materials, maintain a positive classroom environment, and support pupils across different subjects and year groups.

Flexible day-to-day, long-term, full-time and part-time placements are available, with competitive daily pay and weekly PAYE payroll. This role offers valuable classroom experience and the flexibility to fit your lifestyle.

Cover Supervisor Opportunities - Bourne & Surrounding Areas

Location: Bourne, Stamford, Market Deeping, Deeping St James, Spalding, Billingborough, Morton, Corby Glen, Thurlby and surrounding areas.

Pay: £110 - £130 per day (depending on experience and placement)

Contract Types: Flexible Day-to-Day | Long-Term | Full-Time | Part-Time

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor you will:

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials in the teacher's absence

• Build experience in a range of local secondary schools

No planning or marking is normally required, allowing you to focus on supporting pupils and maintaining high classroom standards.

• Own transport is advantageous but not essential
