Job summary

Mana Education is recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across Boston and surrounding areas, delivering pre-prepared lesson materials, maintaining a positive classroom, and supporting pupils.

This role offers flexible day-to-day or long-term placements with competitive daily pay (£110-£130), no planning required, and the chance to gain valuable classroom experience within local secondary schools.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in UK schools or experience working with secondary-aged children or young people.
• Confident communication and classroom management skills.
• A calm, professional and reliable approach.
• A genuine interest in education and helping young people succeed.
• Own transport is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials in the teacher's absence.

• Location: Boston, Kirton, Wyberton, Swineshead, Sibsey, Heckington, Coningsby, Sleaford, Spalding and surrounding areas.
• Pay: £110 - £130 per day (depending on experience and placement)
• Contract Types: Flexible Day-to-Day | Long-Term | Full-Time | Part-Time

The Role
