Job summary

Mana Education is seeking Cover Supervisors to work across Spalding and surrounding areas in a range of welcoming secondary schools.

This role is ideal for graduates, teaching assistants, or those with experience working with young people, offering valuable classroom experience with flexible scheduling.

No planning or marking is normally required, enabling you to support pupils and maintain high classroom standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in UK schools or with secondary-aged children preferred.
• Confident communication and classroom management skills.
• Calm, professional and reliable approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials in the teacher's absence.
• Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour confidently and professionally.
• Encourage students to remain engaged with their learning.

Cover Supervisor Opportunities - Spalding & Surrounding Areas

Location: Spalding, Pinchbeck, Holbeach, Crowland, Deeping St James, Market Deeping, Bourne, Donington, Long Sutton and surrounding areas.

Pay: £110 - £130 per day (depending on experience and placement)

Contract Types: Flexible Day-to-Day | Long-Term | Full-Time | Part-Time
