The role of a Cover Supervisor is vital in schools, whether on a day-to-day, long-term, or permanent basis. While this role does not include planning and preparation, strong communication and classroom management skills are essential.

Requirements

• CACHE LEVEL 2/3 qualification or 6 months experience
• Confidence in managing a class of students aged 11 to 16+
• Ability to manage behaviour to keep students engaged
• Flexibility to work across different departments and age ranges daily
