International startup company with a legal seat in UK is looking for an experienced investment fundraising specialist. We are creating the digital platform to search for and purchase aircraft. At the moment, the team consists of 9 employees: some of them are working from the London office, some - remotely.

We are preparing a seed round for scaling up now. We already have:

• active requests from customers to select business jets;
• first paid-up transactions;
• CRM with growing base of potential customers and suppliers.

We are looking for a professional who will help to find investors and bring the process to round closure.

Responsibilities

• Search for and interact with investors: VC, angels, investment clubs, strategic partners;
• Use LinkedIn, open sources, specialized platforms and personal relations;
• Submit applications to funds and grant schemes;
• Build and hold investor negotiations funnel;
• Register and operate on crowdfunding platforms;
• Correspond, send documentations, arrange for and coordinate calls;
• Keep record of contacts and communications.

Requirements

• Experience in investment fundraising: from 1 year or minimum 2 successfully closed rounds;
• Ability to put things clearly - in writing and orally, including when presenting a project to investors;
• Structured thinking and independence;
• Readiness to work with hands: searching, researching, analyzing, communicating, calling.

Availability of own base of investors or developed network of business contacts in the investment sphere is an advantage.
