Confidential in Widnes, UK is seeking a Courier Planner to join our multi award-winning team. You will be at the heart of our Customer Service department, ensuring couriers collect on time and deliver on time across the network with a focus on reliability and communication.

Are you looking for a role where your decisions genuinely make a difference ?Our client are a UK-based same-day courier company, offering 24/7 urgent delivery services across the North West, Midlands, and nationwide, with a strong focus on communication, reliability, and customer service.Due to our Widnes based clients continued growth they are looking to add a Courier Planner to their multi award winning team.If successful in your application you will be at the heart of our clients Customer Service department at our Widnes office ensuring:

• - Couriers collect on time.
• - Couriers deliver on time.
• - We carry out our customers requests every time, as requested.

We are looking for someone who:

• - Thrives in a fast paced environment.
• - Loves solving logistical challenges and making things happen.
• - Has first class negotiating skills.
• - Has great commercial awareness.
• - Is from a Sameday Courier or similar Transport and Logistics environment
