Sellers Leisure Ltd is seeking a hands-on Park Wardens couple for Sevenoaks Thriftwood Country Park. The role covers office administration, bookings, guest service and park maintenance to uphold a 5-star standard.

Responsibilities include managing the park office, taking bookings, handling payments and assisting guests. Prior experience in a caravan or holiday park is advantageous; flexibility and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts and administrative tasks.
• Comfort with payments, bookings and office paperwork.
• Willingness to assist with varied tasks and weekends.
• Confident dealing with customers face-to-face, by phone and email.

Responsabilités

• Run the park office and reception, take and arrange bookings.
• Manage arrivals, check-ins and check-outs, and take payments.
• Respond to phone calls and emails; assist guests during their stay.
• Maintain tidy park, lodge listings and online adverts; support sales inquiries.
