Ream Hills Caravan Park in Lancashire is seeking a friendly Warden Couple to manage guest services, reception, maintenance and cleaning across a family-run holiday park on the Fylde Coast.

Live on-site in a two-bedroom lodge; permanent, year-round work; we welcome a couple who can work as a team, drive, and deliver great guest experiences. The role requires initiative and practical handyman skills with excellent references.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a park warden role is essential.
• Practical maintenance or DIY skills are an advantage.
• Excellent references required.
• Friendly, reliable and confident with guests.
• At least one person must hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests, managing bookings and payments.
• Assisting arrivals and handling check-ins.
• Carrying out repairs and basic DIY tasks.
• Maintaining grounds and keeping facilities and accommodation spotless.

We`re looking for an enthusiastic and practical Warden Couple to help keep our park running smoothly and ensure our guests enjoy a fantastic stay.

Please note: This position is for a couple who are happy to live and work together on-site, without dependants.

About the role:

Ream Hills offers a unique range of accommodation, from lakeside lodges and log cabins to glamping pods, geodomes and touring pitches.

Your role will be varied, combining guest services, reception, general maintenance and cleaning. Duties include welcoming guests, managing bookings and payments, assisting with arrivals, carrying out repairs and DIY, maintaining grounds and keeping our facilities and accommodation spotless.

No two days are the same, so we`re looking for a couple who take pride in their work, use their initiative and enjoy working as a team.

What we`re looking for:

• Previous experience in a similar park warden role is essential.
• Practical maintenance or DIY skills are an advantage.
• Friendly, reliable and confident with guests.
• Self-motivated, adaptable and happy to get stuck in.
• At least one person must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Excellent references required.

Working hours:

• Five days per week off-peak and six days during peak season.
• Eight-hour shifts, including some evenings and weekends.
• Rostered nights on call.
• Permanent, full-time, year-round position on a self-employed basis.
• Reporting to the Park Manager.

Salary: Dependent on Applicant
