Job summary

HCRG Care Group is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for our Learning Disability Service, supporting adults with complex health, behavioural and mental health needs. You’ll join an integrated MDT providing specialist assessments and interventions, with regular supervision and ongoing professional development.

The role offers hybrid working across multiple locations and a pathway to further specialist skills.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration.
• Significant post-registration experience in learning disabilities.
• Full driving licence and access to transport.
• Strong multidisciplinary collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Hold professional responsibility for a designated caseload of adults with learning disabilities.
• Provide specialist Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions.
• Apply advanced clinical reasoning to support complex needs.
• Work within a county-wide multidisciplinary team.
• Supervise junior staff and promote professional development.
