Responsibilities

• Oversee guest service to ensure high standards across all touchpoints.
• Direct kitchen operations and meals quality within budget parameters.
• Lead front of house team and maintain spotless bedrooms and public areas.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to address repairs and property defects.
• Develop and nurture a culture of teamwork and service excellence.
• Coordinate with central HR, Health & Safety, Finance, and Sales teams.
