HF Holidays Limited at Holnicote House, Selworthy, Minehead, Somerset, is seeking a Country House Assistant Manager to support the House Manager and deliver exceptional guest service across all fronts.

You will lead the Front of House team, oversee maintenance and appearance, and collaborate with HR and operations to ensure safety, stock control and brand standards. This is a permanent, full-time role with live-in accommodation and a salary of £32,086 per annum.

Qualifications

• Commercial background in Tourism or Hospitality industry is essential.
• Excellent customer service and proven team leadership.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Guest Service Excellence: engage with guests to create a warm, высок‑quality atmosphere and uphold service standards.
• Front of House Management: lead front of house team and maintain pristine bedrooms and public areas.
• Property Maintenance and Appearance: support House Manager in repairs and grounds upkeep to brand standards.
• Team Development & Culture: foster teamwork among staff, many living on site.
• Centralised Support: coordinate with HR for recruitment and safety, and with operations for purchasing and reporting.
