Job summary

You will work with attorneys, investigators, and analysts to identify counterfeiters, pursue cases, and disrupt counterfeit networks across EMEA, coordinating with law enforcement and rights owners. The role requires strong IP protection and analytics capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in investigative work with law enforcement or security agencies.
• Fluent in German and English (C1+).
• 5+ years in IP protection/anti-counterfeiting.
• Strong communication for external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Bring enforcement actions against counterfeiters and bad actors.
• Analyze data to identify high-value targets.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and rights owners for prosecutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to disrupt counterfeit supply chains.
