Qualifications

• UK or EU qualified lawyer with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and compliance regulations.
• Experience conducting investigations with confidentiality and objectivity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate across teams.
• Able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High ethical standards and impartial investigations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct global legal investigations across borders and jurisdictions.
• Perform risk assessments and advise leadership on mitigating controls.
• Collaborate with legal, HR, internal audit and other stakeholders.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports documenting investigations, findings and recommendations.
• Develop training to raise awareness of legal and compliance issues.
• Stay up-to-date with laws, regulations and industry trends.
• Provide legal guidance to the GLI team, management, and stakeholders.
