Kinaxia Logistics Limited in Daventry is seeking an experienced Counterbalance Driver to join our warehouse team on a night shift. You will play a key role in receiving, storing and dispatching goods safely and accurately.

You must hold a valid UK forklift counterbalance licence, have warehouse experience and be reliable, with good IT and scanning skills. The role offers full-time night work, training and opportunities within a growing logistics business.

Qualifications

• Valid UK/EU Forklift Truck Licence (Counterbalance).
• Previous forklift experience in a warehouse environment.
• Confident loading/unloading a variety of vehicle types.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Experience using scanning equipment.
• Good IT literacy.
• Reliable, hardworking and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading pallets from vehicles.
• Off-loading incoming goods into the warehouse.
• Reviewing goods-in paperwork and checking collections.
• Comparing notes and locations to ensure correct items are dispatched.
• Unloading goods into storage locations.
• Allocating pallets into warehouse racking safely and accurately.
• Completing warehouse and stock location documentation.
• Wrapping pallets for storage and distribution.
• Maintaining safe working practices and housekeeping standards.

About The Role

As a Counterbalance Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring goods are received, stored and dispatched efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

• Valid UK/EU Forklift Truck Licence (Counterbalance)
• Previous experience operating a Forklift Truck within a warehouse environment
• Confident loading and unloading a variety of vehicle types
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Experience using scanning equipment
• Good IT literacy skills
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team
