Job summary

Kinaxia Logistics Limited is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for their site in Roudham. The role covers order picking/packing or sorting from warehouse stock to support loading and maintain high customer satisfaction and safety.

Working Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week, you will handle paperwork, stock checks, and operate scanners to ensure accurate dispatch. Benefits include life assurance, pension, uniform, PPE, onsite parking, cycle to work, loyalty awards, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• FLT licence and experience operating warehouse equipment.
• Counterbalance/Reach or VNA training to handle stock.
• Follows health and safety procedures and quality controls.
• Experience with stock management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete consignment paperwork accurately to deliver a world class service.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and dispatch to reduce customer complaints.
• Perform daily/weekly safety checks on equipment and workplace.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping for a clean, tidy workspace.
• Work safely and in line with Health and Safety regulations.
• Assist other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
• Use scanner for stock picking and packing tasks.

The Warehouse Operative will be responsible for order picking/packing or sorting from warehouse stock in preparation for loading to ensure the smooth day to day operation of the business whilst maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction and safety.

About The Job

• Complete all consignment paperwork in an accurate and timely manner to deliver a world class service;
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies relating to missing items of stock and dispatch to reduce customer complaints;
• Undertake daily/weekly safety checks on the manual handling equipment and work areas, complete any relevant paperwork and deliver to your Team Leader/Supervisor/Manager to ensure the business is fully compliant;
• Operate high standards of general housekeeping in order to maintain a clean and tidy workplace at all times;
• Work in a safe manner and in compliance with Health and Safety regulations to reduce the risk of accidents;
• Assist other departments as and when necessary in order to ensure the smooth running of the business.
• Use of scanner.
