Job summary

Brightwork Limited is seeking experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers for a busy drinks manufacturing site in North Lanarkshire on an ongoing temporary basis. The role involves safety-focused forklift operation, supplying materials to lines and keeping the warehouse efficient.

Shifts include early, back and nights with generous pay rates (£17.93–£22.79 per hour). On-site perks include parking, a staff shop and subsidised canteen.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid accredited Counterbalance forklift licence.
• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
• Supply production lines with materials.
• Move finished products from production areas.
• Load and unload wagons.
• Carry out stock checks and pick orders using pick sheets.
• Keep the warehouse and yard clean, organised and safe.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
