Job summary

Routes to Work in Wardpark South, North Lanarkshire, is seeking a Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver for an immediate start. This full-time role operates 40 hours per week with a rotating shift pattern: 06:00-14:00 (Week 1) and 14:00-22:00 (Week 2).

Pay is £13.20 per hour plus a £0.50 per hour attendance bonus for completing a full bonus period without absences. The successful candidate will safely operate a counterbalance forklift, move materials across the site and support production in a

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence/certificate.
• Previous FLT experience beneficial but not essential.
• Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Moving stock and materials across the warehouse and production areas.
• Supporting production operations as required.
• Carrying out daily equipment checks.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
