Job summary

Ambitions Personnel is seeking experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers for temporary and permanent roles across Newark and Bilsthorpe. You will operate a Counterbalance forklift, load and unload vehicles, move stock and assist with storage and dispatch.

Candidates must hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence, have recent experience, and be reliable and safety-conscious. Opportunities include day shifts and a 4 on/4 off pattern with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
• Have recent and relevant Counterbalance experience.
• Reliability, punctuality and safety-consciousness.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently.

Are you an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver looking for your next opportunity? We’re currently recruiting for a number of Counterbalance FLT Drivers to work across busy sites in Newark and Bilsthorpe.

The Role - TEMPORARY & PERMANENT ROLES AVAILABLE!

As a Counterbalance Forklift Driver, you’ll play an important role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Your duties may include:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Moving stock, materials and products around the site.
• Loading and positioning goods ready for dispatch.
• Supporting warehouse and production teams.
• Carrying out daily forklift safety checks.
• Ensuring materials are stored safely and correctly.
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
• Following all site health & safety procedures.

About You

We’re looking for reliable and hardworking FLT Drivers who:

• Hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
• Have recent and relevant Counterbalance experience.
• Are reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.
• Can work confidently both independently and as part of a team.
• Have a positive attitude and are willing to get stuck in.
• Are flexible regarding working hours and shift patterns.
