Siamo Recruitment is recruiting for an FLT Driver to join a busy Birmingham warehouse on night shifts. The role includes operating a forklift safely, moving stock, loading/unloading, and supporting operations during peak periods.

First-week training occurs on day shifts at £13.83 per hour. Shift times vary: 19:00-03:30, 20:00-04:30, 21:00-05:30. A valid FLT licence is essential and previous experience is preferred.

We are currently recruiting experienced FLT Drivers to join a busy and fast-paced operation based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals who enjoy working in a high-volume warehouse environment.

Available Shifts & Pay Rates

Night Shift:

First week of training will be on Days at a pay rate of £13.83
Monday to Friday

• 19:00 - 03:30
• 20:00 - 04:30
• 21:00 - 05:30

The Role

What We're Looking For

• A valid and in-date FLT licence is essential
• Previous FLT driving experience is preferred
• Experience working within a busy warehouse or distribution environment would be advantageous
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail and a strong understanding of health and safety
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
