Job summary

KPI Recruiting Ltd in Leek is looking for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join a busy manufacturing site. The role is full-time with immediate starts and includes a rotating weekly shift pattern.

You will operate a Counterbalance forklift, load and unload vehicles, move stock between areas, and support production lines while following health and safety procedures. A valid in-date licence is essential; in-house licences are accepted.

Qualifications

• A valid, in-date Counterbalance FLT licence is essential.
• In-house Counterbalance licences are accepted.
• Previous FLT driving experience is preferred.

• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving stock and materials around the site

• Completing relevant paperwork where required

Monday to Friday | Weekly Rotating Shifts

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver on behalf of our client based in Leek. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and well-established manufacturing environment with ongoing, full-time work available.

Shift Pattern

This role operates on a weekly rotating shift pattern:

• Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pm
• Week 2: 2:00pm - 10:00pm

The shifts continue to rotate weekly.

Pay Rate

• £14.03 per hour

Key Responsibilities
