Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Counterbalance FLT & Bulk Loader to join our Workplace Facilities Management Team to support the main logistical operations for on-site plant production in Carrington, Manchester.

This permanent full-time role is 50 hours per week, 7am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime at an enhanced rate. Access to own transport is essential as there is no public transport to the site.

Qualifications

• Accredited Counterbalance Forklift Operating licence from RTITB or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of warehouse or site forklift experience.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse health and safety requirements.
• Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative.
• Ability to work to tight schedules and deadlines.
• Enthusiasm and commitment to the role.

Responsibilities

• Accurately load outbound trucks according to pick sheets.
• Inspect the product for quality before loading onto trucks.
• Position trucks in the docks for loading.
• Ensure FLT pre-use checks are completed and logged.
• Keep the floors clean, tidy and safe.
• Adhere to working schedule and attendance policy.
• Plant operations clean-up as required.
• Other warehousing duties as assigned.
