Benefit Cosmetics in Huddersfield is seeking a part-time Counter Manager (22.5 hours over 4 days) for a solo counter at Boots Huddersfield. You will lead customer service, perform brow services, and drive sales targets while ensuring a premium brand experience.

As this is a solo counter, prior management experience is not required, but you will handle coordinating with area managers, stock, events, and daily admin to keep the counter performing at its best.

• Minimum 4 years of customer service experience in retail or hospitality.

• Passion for makeup and retail with a focus on customer experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat appointments.
• Personally connect with customers, demonstrate products, and achieve individual sales targets.
• Develop in-store and external events to boost sales and brand awareness.
• Monitor stock and report concerns to minimise lost sales opportunities.
• Communicate between store/department managers and area managers.
• Oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and annual administrative tasks.
• Maintain hygiene and presentation standards for a visually appealing counter.

Benefit is Glowing... We Mean Growing... and we are currently searching for a Part-time, 22.5 hour, 4 days per week, Counter Manager to make real connections in Boots Huddersfield! Please note: As this is also a solo counter, we will not require any previous team management experience. However, there will be management aspects to the role that you will be responsible for. As a Counter Manager for a solo store, you'll be instrumental in achieving sales targets and creating exceptional customer experiences Responsibilities As a Counter Manager, your missions, will be as follows:

Responsibilities

• Brow Services & Revenue Generation: Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, leading to repeat appointments and increased service revenue.
• Target-Driven Sales: Personally connect with customers, demonstrate products with passion, and consistently achieve your individual sales targets and contribute to the overall counter goals.
• Business Growth: Develop innovative in-store and external events through strategic linkups, collaborations, product launches, and impactful charity initiatives to boost sales and brand awareness.
• Stock Optimisation: Ensure the counter is always fully stocked, monitor inventory levels closely, and immediately report concerns to the Area Manager to minimise lost sales opportunities.
• Communication Leadership: Act as a key communicator between store/department managers and area managers, ensuring important information flows smoothly.
• Efficient Administration: Oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and annual administrative tasks, supporting the Area Manager and ensuring smooth store operations.
• Brand Presentation: Maintain exceptional hygiene and housekeeping standards for the counter and displays, ensuring a visually appealing and professional shopping environment at all times.
