• Maximise sales through selling, providing excellent service and retail standards.
• Contribute to efficiencies by adhering to store/Brand/Company Procedures and guidelines.
• Understand daily/weekly targets.
• Utilise digital tools to ensure knowledge is kept up to date.
• Deliver a consumer recruitment and retention strategy to grow a loyal consumer base.
• Develop up to date knowledge of product to ensure the brand experience meets consumer needs.
• Plan and implement local marketing & events initiatives aligned to Retailer activity.
• Deliver excellence in execution of service with a zero consumer complaints mindset.
