The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Counter Lead in Glasgow to support driving sales turnover and market share while keeping the brand consumer-focused. You will act as Brand ambassador, ensure excellent service, maintain retail standards and implement local marketing initiatives.

You will manage daily replenishment, merchandising, promotions, and stock control, using commercial reports to guide decisions and deliver the brand strategy across the local store environment.

Formación

• Experience in a fast-paced retail and/or consumer facing environment.
• Ability to drive self-development.
• Commercial understanding and awareness of industry.
• Effective communication, organisation and prioritisation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Reflect a credible and professional Brand image to all internal and external consumers at all times.
• Maximise sales through selling, providing excellent service and retail standards.
• Plan and implement local marketing & events initiatives, aligned to Retailer activity.
• Deliver the Brand Strategy and local plan.
• Ensure health & safety responsibilities and audits meet minimum 'Acceptable' grade.
