Ambitions Personnel in Bourne is seeking an experienced Counterbalance / Side Clamp FLT Driver to join a busy plastics recycling operation. The role involves operating both Counterbalance and Side Clamp forklifts, loading and unloading, and assisting in warehouse and production tasks.

This temporary-to-perm opportunity offers regular Monday to Friday shifts and a competitive £13.50 per hour, with long-term prospects for the right candidate and a focus on safety.

Qualifications

• Valid FLT licence is essential.
• Experience operating a Side Clamp FLT is essential.
• Counterbalance FLT experience is required.
• Able to move materials safely in a busy environment.
• Reliable, hardworking and safety conscious.
• Capable of working independently and in a team.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance / Side Clamp FLT Driver to join a busy plastic recycling operation based in Bourne.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company, supporting day-to-day operations in a fast-paced industrial environment.

COUNTERBALANCE / SIDE CLAMP FLT DRIVER

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating Counterbalance and Side Clamp Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently

• Loading and unloading materials

• Moving and handling stock and materials around the site

• Supporting general warehouse and production operations

• Carrying out general operative duties as required

• Maintaining high health & safety standards on site

Requirements:

• Valid FLT licence essential

• Previous experience operating a Side Clamp FLT is essential

• Previous Counterbalance FLT experience required

• Confident and competent moving materials safely in a busy working environment

• Reliable, hardworking, and safety conscious

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
