Bupa Mindplace Plymouth is seeking a Counsellor/Psychotherapist to provide high-quality counselling to clients, within a multidisciplinary clinical team. The role supports short to long-term engagement and involves liaising with internal services and safeguarding bodies.

Sessions may be face-to-face or remote, with a strong emphasis on client safety and evidence-based interventions. Essential registrations include BACP, UKCP, and NCPS with at least three years post-qualification experience.

Qualifications

• Essential professional registrations and post-qualification counselling experience.
• Experience in adult mental health and counselling settings.
• Ability to liaise with multi-disciplinary teams and safeguarding agencies.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality counselling with clinical outcomes.
• Deliver assessments and formulations to drive interventions.
• Offer face-to-face sessions and other delivery models.
• Follow case management processes and collaborate with leads.
• Manage caseload with diary planning and KPIs.
• Deliver wellbeing sessions, signposting, and referrals.
• Attend supervision and team meetings.
