Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a costs environment (Solicitors, Costs Lawyers or Costs Draftspersons)
• Experience running own costs cases for the paying party
• Experience of costs budgeting
• Some advocacy experience would be welcomed but not essential
• Bill drafting skills would be welcomed but not essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise
• Excellent organisational skills and time management
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Good IT skills
• Confident and positive communication with staff at all levels and opponents
• Willingness to be flexible according to business needs
