Job summary

Compass Group UK&I in Tunbridge Wells (Costa) is recruiting a Cafe Supervisor to ensure the smooth running of operations on a full-time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.

You will lead shifts, maintain high standards of health & safety and food safety, train Baristas/CSAs, and deliver excellent customer service while driving sales and ensuring brand compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality, preferably supervisory.
• Ability to lead shifts and manage a team.
• Strong customer focus and upselling skills.
