Cost Planner/Senior Cost Planner - Aviation

Owing to continued demand and our growth plans, we are recruiting Cost Planners and Senior Cost Planners with experience in the Infrastructure sector (Rail, Airports, Highways, Power, Water, Utilities).

Cost Planners support clients either as embedded resources or through ad-hoc work, primarily for UK-based clients, with opportunities for remote work across the globe.

Key deliverables include:

• Estimate Production from high-level to detailed estimates
• Supporting Major Programme setup

Responsibilities include:

• Producing accurate estimates and cost plans efficiently
• Managing estimating processes at project level
• Developing estimating best practices
• Supporting departmental objectives and staying updated on technical developments
• Supporting change control, value for money assessments, and commercial negotiations

Qualifications:

• High standard in Estimating or Quantity Surveying with relevant experience
• Experience with estimating software
• Membership of a professional body, preferably chartered (e.g., RICS, CIOB, A Cost E)
