ABOUT YOU

We seek a trained Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager with:

• Over 10 years of experience
• Client-facing consultancy experience
• Pre-contract cost management expertise
• Familiarity with project design stages
• Self-motivation and responsibility
• Leadership skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Experience on projects >€50m
• Interest in digitization & BIM
• Fluency in English

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing the commercial process during design stages
• Overseeing cost development and liaising with design teams
• Using digital tools for cost estimation
• Supporting decision-making for clients and stakeholders
• Managing change processes and commercializing all changes
• Participating in BIM and advising on 5D
• Collaborating on LCC & LCA projects
• Developing client relationships and representing KOSMOS
• International travel may be required
