Job Description:

Our client is an international company based in the UAE, expanding their operations across the UK and Europe. They have a small but growing UK team working on Fit Out projects for retail and hospitality sectors for established global brands. This is a national role covering England, with travel to sites and weekly meetings in the London area (Head Office).

Are you a Cost Manager or Quantity Surveyor with retail or fit-out project experience seeking a role with a mix of remote and project-based work?

You will:

  1. Manage fit-out projects from pre-contract, cost planning, to cost management with project oversight, visiting multiple sites.
  2. Have experience in retail or hospitality fit-out projects.
  3. Understand statutory authority processes and approval timeframes.
  4. Possess strong client-facing skills and the ability to lead meetings.
  5. Be willing to travel nationally to project sites.

You will have:

  1. A relevant construction degree.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in client-focused project or cost management.
