Quantity Surveyor/ Cost Manager (National Retail Projects) - National/London - Hybrid -£65,000 + package, London

This role is with an international company based in the UAE, expanding across the UK and Europe. The UK team focuses on retail and hospitality fit-out projects for global brands. The position is national, covering England, with site travel and weekly meetings in London.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage fit-out projects from pre-contract and cost planning through to cost management and project oversight.
  2. Work on retail and hospitality fit-out projects.
  3. Understand statutory authority processes and approval timeframes.
  4. Lead client meetings and present project updates.
  5. Travel nationally to various project sites as required.
Requirements:
  • Construction Degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of client-focused project and cost management experience.
  • Experience with retail and hospitality fit-out projects.
  • Knowledge of statutory approval processes.
  • Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
