Job summary

TURNER & TOWNSEND is expanding its Cost Management team in Leeds, seeking aspiring and experienced Cost Managers. You will work on high-profile infrastructure projects, develop consultancy skills, and progress your career in a supportive environment.

The role includes administering contracts, monitoring costs, collaborating with teams to achieve project KPIs, and managing contract changes. Ideal candidates should have a relevant degree and experience in contract management.

We support hybrid working and are open to part-time applications as well.

Qualifications

• Ideally Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.
• Ideally hold or be working towards an appropriate professional body membership.
• Strong background in contract management.

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts according to project objectives.
• Monitor project costs, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage cost variance and contract cash flow effectively.
• Collaborate with teams to meet project deliverables and KPIs.
• Manage changes in contracts to remain within governance.
• Drive improvements in accuracy of forecasts and budgets.
