Job summary

Reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will drive cost assurance, oversee tender activities and collaborate with supplier partners to maximise value for money

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply an independent cost management process from inception to final account.
• Review project feasibility costs and advise on options, costs, benefits and risks.
• Provide cost assurance for major projects and challenge budgets and procurement.
• Collaborate with Estates to manage a holistic portfolio and drive value for money across projects.
• Develop and manage procurement policies and procedures for projects and programmes.
