This role is integral to overall project delivery. • Data Management & Integrity: Establish and maintain accurate cost and forecast data aligned with the Cost Breakdown Structure / Work Breakdown Structure (CBS/WBS). Maintain all cost and forecasting data within software systems (e.g., EcoSys, SAP).
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking: Coordinate and produce cost and forecast reports on a defined reporting cycle, including commentary on key time drivers and performance issues.
  • Trend & Change Control: Assist in the Trend & Change management process, conducting project-level analysis, generating performance indicators (KPIs), and providing input on risks and opportunities.
  • Decision Support: Deliver clear and concise analytical insights using technical and commercial data to support robust decision-making.
  • Support to Senior Engineers: Provide analytical support to Senior Cost Engineers through detailed interpretation of technical, financial, and performance data.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes, upholding HPC project values (Humility, Positivity, Respect, Solidarity, Clarity) and culture (Trust, Transparency, Teamwork).
Qualifications & Experience Required
  • Education: Minimum HND (or equivalent qualification/degree) in Project Management, Project Controls, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience working within a Project Management and Project Controls environment.
Desirable
