Qualifications

• Experience as Cost Engineer/Cost Controller in project controls.
• Experience on complex engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Background in rail, nuclear, energy, or major infrastructure sectors.
• Strong cost control, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Advanced Excel for cost data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support cost management and cost control throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, commitments, actual costs, and financial performance.
• Produce cost reports, dashboards, and variance analyses.
• Maintain accurate cost data within a project controls environment.
• Collaborate with project managers, planners, engineers, and contractors.
• Identify cost trends, risks, and opportunities with recommendations.
• Attend on-site meetings near London program location.
• Proactively address cost and controls challenges.
