3. Ascertain customers’ needs and wants.
4. Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
5. Welcome and greet customers.
6. Manage point-of-sale processes.
7. Keep up to date with product information.
8. Accurately describe product features and benefits.
9. Assist other departments when needed.

Requirements

About you

• Experience in cosmetics, perfumes, or health and beauty sales or similar.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service focus.
• Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
• Basic administration skills.
• Able to work full time (5 days per week including Saturdays).
