A Big 4 firm in Leeds is growing its Private Business Advisory practice and seeks a Corporate Tax Manager. You will advise a portfolio of owner‑managed and PE-backed clients on corporate tax matters with wide technical exposure and client contact.

The role is hybrid, based in Leeds with the option to work from home two days weekly, with progression support and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering corporate tax advisory work to a client portfolio.
• Ability to supervise junior colleagues and review preparers' work.
• Interest in process improvements and control improvements.

Responsibilities

• Advise owner-managed and PE-backed clients on corporate tax matters.
• Withholding tax, funding, intercompany balances and structuring guidance.
• Act as reviewer for the Compliance team and train junior colleagues.
