Job summary

Pro-Tax is recruiting a Private Client Tax Manager in Leeds for a leading Big 4 firm. You will own a diverse client portfolio, manage tax compliance for high net worth individuals, and support advisory work.

The role emphasizes collaboration, technical excellence, and leadership development within a hybrid working pattern. You will mentor junior staff, engage with Directors and Partners on complex tax planning, and contribute to business development.

Qualifications

• ACA or CTA qualification with proven tax compliance portfolio management experience.
• Strong tax compliance experience with HNWIs, Partnerships and Trusts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review complex compliance for HNW and UHNW clients, partnerships & trusts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted adviser.
• Oversee and mentor junior team members, supporting their development and reviewing their work.
• Work closely with Directors and Partners on high-value tax planning projects.
• Play an active role in business development and internal initiatives that drive team growth.
