Job summary

Pro-Tax in Leeds is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to join a leading Big 4 Corporate & International tax team in Leeds, offering hybrid working. You will lead client accounts, deliver UK and international tax advisory, and shape tax strategies for FTSE-listed clients and large energy clients.

Key responsibilities include building client relationships, managing compliance and advisory matters, mentoring juniors, and contributing to major corporate transactions and restructurings.

Qualifications

• Suitably qualified in tax (ACCA, ACA, CTA, ATT).
• Strong UK corporate tax knowledge.
• Pillar 2 experience desirable.
• Experience on corporate tax advisory, due diligence, M&A.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a diverse client portfolio, managing compliance and advisory matters.
• Lead client accounts and contribute to shaping their tax strategies.
• Deliver high-quality UK and international tax advisory services.
• Provide input on corporate transactions and restructuring projects.
• Support audit teams with tax insights for large corporate clients.
• Collaborate on complex, one-off assignments.
• Mentor junior team members and support their development.
• Develop expertise in international structuring and industry-specific tax issues.
• Work with Partners and senior stakeholders to deliver strategic tax solutions.
