Job Details

• Location: London (Central), London (Greater), UK
• Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 (negotiable) + 33 days holiday and benefits

Job Description

Become a key part of our Corporate Tax team! We are looking for an ambitious Corporate Tax Manager to join our growing firm, working closely with a dedicated partner on complex and high-value corporate tax projects. You will take ownership of advisory work, compliance, and client relationships, all within a supportive environment in our new Fitzrovia office.

Responsibilities include:

1. Advisory & Complex Compliance: Advising on group restructures, international tax, transaction tax, and overseeing compliance.
2. Collaboration & Enquiries: Working with the audit team on tax insights and client meetings.
3. Corporate Structuring & Transactions: Supporting clients through restructures, acquisitions, disposals, and reorganisations.
4. International Tax: Navigating complex international tax issues.
5. Tax Risk & HMRC Engagement: Managing risk assessments and HMRC interactions.
6. Capital Allowances & Incentives: Planning capital expenditure and claims.
7. Client Interaction: Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
8. Process Improvement & Training: Enhancing processes and mentoring colleagues.
9. Keeping Updated: Staying current with tax law changes.

Qualifications & Experience

• CTA qualified with corporate tax advisory experience.
• Strong technical background in group structures, transactions, and international tax.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent client relationship skills.
• Comfortable with tax software and Excel.
• Ambitious with a desire for career growth within a supportive environment.

• Hours: 35 hours/week, hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 remote)
