I am working with a London-based leading provider of engineering, operations, and decarbonisation solutions for transport infrastructure and complex facilities. They are a global, matrix business and are renowned in their field.

Your new role

I'm looking for a Marketing Manager to lead, execute, and optimise integrated digital campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and perception shifts across key markets. Sitting at the intersection of strategy and execution, this role will manage the MarTech platforms, performance-driven campaigns, and support broader marketing initiatives across the business. This role will be an initial 6-month contract with the view to becoming permanent later.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Solid knowledge of integrated B2B marketing (B2C level), account-based marketing, marketing technology ecosystems
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of driving audience growth and engagement across different channels including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, PowerBI) to inform decision-making.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot.
  • Experience in dashboard management/creation to monitor and report digital marketing performance.
  • Knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to lead initiatives and drive digital marketing within the organisation.
