Chadwick Nott is recruiting a Corporate Tax Associate/Senior Associate for its Exeter office. The role focuses on advising on corporate and property taxes, capital gains, VAT, and cross‑border issues.

You will structure tax‑efficient investments, support reorganisations and refinements for multinational clients, and work with the corporate and property teams on high‑profile transactions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE in Corporate Tax with strong technical knowledge.
• Confident communicator with a proven track record in high‑quality tax transactions.
• Able to manage complex legal matters with precision and detail.

Top 100 law firm are looking to recruit a driven and ambitious Corporate Tax Associate or Senior Associate to join their well-regarded Corporate Tax team in their Exeter office. This team is ranked among leading national and regional firms, and work alongside Legal 500 'Leading Partners' in delivering top-tier tax advisory services.

The Role:

• Advising on corporate and property taxes, capital gains tax, and VAT.
• Structuring tax-efficient investment solutions for corporate entities.
• Providing expert guidance on reorganisations, demergers, and group consolidations.
• Advising multinational clients on cross-border tax matters.
• Supporting high-profile transactions for our corporate and property teams.
• Working with fast-growing businesses, established corporate groups, PLCs, and property investors.
• Building strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring practical and strategic tax solutions.

Requirements:

• 3 + years PQE in Corporate Tax, with a strong technical and organisational skillset.
