Corporate Real Estate Associate Solicitor - Exeter

A Top 100 UK law firm is on the lookout for a driven Associate to join its growing Corporate Real Estate team in Exeter. This is a standout opportunity to play a key role in expanding the firm's real estate footprint across the Southwest, while collaborating nationally with colleagues across the UK.

The team advises clients across diverse sectors including retail, finance, and logistics and they're on an exciting growth journey as the team goes from strength to strength.

The Role

Delivering high-quality, commercially focused advice across a broad range of commercial property matters

  • Managing your own caseload with increasing autonomy
  • Supporting senior lawyers on complex transactions and high-value deals
  • Contributing to business development through marketing, networking, and thought leadership
  • Meeting annual billing targets and fee goals
  • Taking on additional responsibilities aligned with your role and growth
Requirements
  • Sharp legal drafting skills with the ability to simplify complex issues and build client trust
  • A proactive approach to learning and staying ahead of legal developments and sector trends
  • Strong IT skills, including time recording and case management systems
