The Opportunity

A fantastic opening has emerged for a Corporate Senior Associate to join a highly regarded national firm with a strong presence in the South West. Working from the Exeter office, you'll become part of a Legal 500‑recognised corporate team known for delivering sophisticated, high‑value transactional work across a broad client base. You'll play a key role in driving a varied portfolio of complex corporate matters, including:

• M&A transactions
• Venture capital deals
• Private equity investments
• Cross‑border projects
• Joint ventures
• Corporate reorganisations and restructures

This is a senior, hands‑on position where you'll take ownership of major client relationships, guide and mentor junior colleagues, and help shape the strategic direction of the team. You'll collaborate closely with Partners who bring deep City and international expertise, giving you access to top‑tier work while enjoying the quality of life Exeter is known for.

About You

You'll be an accomplished corporate lawyer with:

• 5-7 years' PQE from a respected regional or City corporate practice
• Experience leading complex transactions with confidence and commercial awareness
• Strong technical skills and a solid grounding in corporate law
