The Role: a Corporate Solicitor with broad corporate law experience to act as a Partner, leading client relationships, fee arrangements, and business development. Candidates with an existing client following or clear business plan will be highly attractive.

Qualifications

• 4 years' + PQE in corporate law.
• Strong technical drafting and advocacy skills.
• Comfortable generating work through existing contacts and business development initiatives.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following.
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment.

Responsibilities

• Work as a Partner and participate in business development.
• Manage client relationships and fee arrangements autonomously.
