Kingsley Wood is a leading legal consultancy offering consultant partner opportunities with autonomy and a collaborative network. We seek a Corporate Solicitor with strong corporate experience to assume a Partner role and drive business development.

You will manage client relationships, shape fee arrangements, and grow your own following within a supportive infrastructure and modern tech-enabled practice environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ PQE in corporate law.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
• Comfortable generating work through contacts and BD initiatives.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow a client following.
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment.

Responsibilities

• Work as a Partner with autonomy to manage client relationships.
• Participate in business development and client acquisition.
• Handle complex corporate matters across a broad range of transactions.
• Build a sustainable and scalable practice within the firm network.
